Xavier ALBERINI

With degrees in International Business and Tourism Marketing, Xavier began his career in New York at a relocation company, before joining the retail industry in Paris as a Sector Manager. He then continued his professional journey in Toronto, Canada, where he held the position of Key Account Manager in the medical equipment sector. Upon returning to France, enriched by an international background and strong multicultural experience, he turned to high-end real estate on the French Riviera, and later co-founded Carlton Hotelbrokers, a firm specializing in hotel real estate. There, he draws on his entire personal and professional journey to support sellers and buyers in their hotel projects. Professional, dynamic, and resolutely positive, Xavier works with both local and international clients, guided by a single principle: transparency.
